Stalytics is founded on integrity and clarity. This policy outlines the pricing for all our services, from fixed-price website packages to ongoing support and custom development. We believe you should be able to invest in your business with confidence. There are no hidden fees and no surprises.
2. Our Pricing Principles
- No Hidden Fees: The price you are quoted is the price you pay. Any necessary third-party costs (like domain registration or hosting) are explained upfront and passed through at cost.
- Clear & Simple Proposals: Before work begins, you will receive a plain-English proposal outlining all deliverables, timelines, and costs.
- Value-Driven Work: Our pricing reflects the strategic value we provide. We build fast, secure, and future-proof websites designed to be high-performance assets, not technical liabilities.
3. Our Services & Pricing Structure
Our services are structured to provide clear solutions for businesses at any stage. We offer fixed-price packages for new website builds and flexible models for ongoing support and custom work.
In line with our Terms, all Fixed-Price Packages are priced inclusive of VAT. All other services, including hourly work and maintenance plans, are quoted exclusive of VAT.
3.1. Fixed-Price Website Packages
Designed for clarity and impact, these packages get your business online professionally and efficiently.
- Digital Brochure Website - £495: A professional 1-page showcase. Includes a custom design, mobile responsiveness, and basic SEO setup.
- Signature One-Page Website - £995: Our all-in-one package for lead generation. Includes everything in the Digital Brochure, plus an interactive contact form and our UK Compliance Pack.
- Signature One-Page Website + Full Setup - £1195: Our premium 'done-for-you' service. This includes the full technical setup and launch, and comes with a complimentary one-month trial of our Managed Hosting & Support Plan. After the trial period, the plan automatically renews into a paid subscription at the rate specified in Section 4.1 unless cancelled.
3.2. Ongoing & Custom Work
For work that falls outside of a fixed-price package, such as significant updates, new features, or general support, we use the following pricing models.
- Project-Based Work (Cost-Plus Model): For larger, well-defined projects, we offer a transparent cost-plus model. This is ideal for building new features or handling significant updates.
- Pricing Model: Direct Cost + 15% Management Uplift.
- Process: A detailed proposal will be provided outlining the scope and estimated costs for your approval before work begins.
- Ad-Hoc & Hourly Support: For smaller tasks, content updates, and general support, we work on an hourly basis. This ensures you only pay for the time required.
- Pricing Model: Billed at the hourly rates listed below (exclusive of VAT).
3.3. Hourly Rate Card
All hourly rates are exclusive of VAT. A minimum charge of 0.5 hours (£22.50 ex. VAT for a Junior Developer) applies to all ad-hoc requests.

4. Managed Hosting & Third-Party Costs
4.1. Managed Hosting & Support Plan (Optional Subscription)
For complete peace of mind, clients can subscribe to our monthly Managed Hosting & Support Plan.
- Price: £50/month (VAT Inclusive)
- Includes: Premium cloud hosting, 24/7 uptime monitoring, and managed security. This plan also includes up to 30 minutes of "minor update" work per month (e.g., changing text or images). Unused time does not roll over.
- Terms: This plan auto-renews monthly. Clients on a trial are notified before the first payment and can cancel at any time as per our Master Terms & Conditions.
4.2. Self-Managed Hosting & Third-Party Costs
Clients who are not subscribed to our Managed Hosting & Support Plan are responsible for their own third-party service costs. Typical estimates are:
- Domain Name: Typically £12-£20 per year (+ VAT).
- Website Hosting: For clients managing their own hosting, a secure, high-performance server typically costs £15-£30 per month (+ VAT).
4.3. One-Off Website Migration Service
For clients wishing to move an existing website to our Managed Hosting & Support Plan, we offer a dedicated migration service. This is a one-time fee to cover the technical work of transferring your site to our premium infrastructure.
- Standard Migration Fee: Starts at £195 (VAT Inclusive). This fee applies to standard websites (e.g., HTML, most WordPress sites). A final quote will be provided following a brief technical review for more complex sites.
- Rebuild & Migrate: For websites built on closed platforms like Wix, Squarespace, or GoDaddy Builder, a direct migration is not possible. In these cases, we offer a full rebuild of your site on a modern platform. This service is available by custom quote only.
Onboarding & Subscription: The migration service is the entry point to our Managed Hosting & Support Plan. The one-time migration fee is due in advance to schedule the work. The recurring £50/month (VAT Inclusive) subscription will only commence after the migration has been successfully completed and your website is live on our platform. The first monthly payment will be charged on that date, and will auto-renew monthly thereafter as per the terms in Section 4.1.
5. Payment Terms
- Deposit: For fixed-price packages and project-based work, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon your approval of the final deliverables, before the website goes live.
- Payment Methods: We accept Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card via Stripe.
- Currency: All prices are in GBP (£).
